The site, shaped like a pizza, spans 174m2 and presents unique challenges. Our client, a single parent with two kids, needed a practical yet inviting home. The tight layout required innovative thinking, so we decided on a split-level design to make the most of the available space. Playing with split levels throughout the building, has created distinct zones for living and play, while the less advantageous sections were transformed into functional circulation spaces.

This approach not only maximized the usable area but also fostered a sense of openness and flow throughout the home, making it a welcoming environment for the family.
